Journey blueprint · Healthspan

Separate the intent.
Keep the momentum.

Healthcare buyers need confidence before they move. The page had to separate education, consultation intent, and product interest without making the journey feel clinical or fragmented.

Education, consultation intent, and product interest remain separate while each path retains trust and context.
  • Education
  • Consultation intent
  • Product interest
  1. Clarified the consult-first path before product decisions.

  2. Gave trust and education more room at the points where medical buyers hesitate.

  3. Structured the page so booking and commerce intent can coexist without competing.
